A walkthrough of everything on the dashboard, from setting up your search to reaching out to a company.
Sign up with your email and a password. No card required. Once you're in, you'll land on your dashboard — it'll be empty until you set your search up in the next step.
In the sidebar, enter the postcode you want to search around — usually your office, or wherever your customers tend to be. Drag the radius slider to set how far out you want to look, up to 200 miles. Click Save settings to lock it in.
Click the Industries dropdown to tick the sectors you actually want to see — Construction, Hospitality, IT & Media, and so on. Leave it on "All industries" if you'd rather see everything and filter manually.
The Incorporated dropdown lets you look at companies formed in the last 24 hours, up to the last 5 years. The Company status dropdown lets you include or exclude dissolved/closed companies — most people leave this on "Active only."
Every matching company shows up as a pin on the map, centred on your home postcode with a circle showing your search radius. Green pins are companies formed in the last 48 hours. Click any pin for the company's name, address, and a "Directors" section that loads automatically.
Below the map, the full list shows every matching company with its incorporation date, distance, type, industry, registered address, and status. Use the search box to find a specific company or director by name, and the sort dropdown to reorder by distance, date, or name.
Click Directors ▾ on any row to see who's listed as a director or secretary, when they were appointed, their nationality, and their accounts/confirmation statement due dates. The first time you open this for a company it takes a couple of seconds to fetch — after that it's instant.
Click Export CSV to download everything currently shown in the table (respecting your active filters), ready to open in a spreadsheet or import into your own outreach tools.
