The Service surfaces newly incorporated UK companies, filtered by location and industry, using data sourced from the Companies House public register. It is intended to help you identify and reach out to potential business leads. It is not a substitute for your own due diligence, and it is not financial, legal, or credit advice.
Company and director data is sourced from Companies House and is provided "as is." We do not verify, guarantee, or take responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. Always confirm important details directly with Companies House or the company in question before relying on them.
You must provide accurate information when registering, keep your login credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. One account is intended for use by one business — please don't share login credentials across unrelated organisations.
You agree not to: scrape, resell, or redistribute data from the Service in bulk; attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls; use the Service to send unlawful, misleading, or unsolicited communications in breach of PECR/UK GDPR; or reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the Service's underlying code or infrastructure.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that any outreach you send to companies or individuals found through this Service complies with applicable marketing, privacy, and consumer protection law (including PECR and UK GDPR). We provide the data; how you use it to contact people is your responsibility.

The Service's design, code, and branding belong to us. Company and director data itself originates from the public Companies House register and is not our proprietary content.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service, including losses arising from inaccurate or outdated data, or from outreach you conduct based on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud, where such limitation would be unlawful.
You may close your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, including the acceptable use rules in Section 5.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
